Swords swing, crossbows zing, and sandal leather wears thin when a fugitive Persian prince (Jake Gyllenhaal) is forced to go on the run with a feisty princess (Gemma Arterton). Refusing to let evil prevail but surrounded by treachery, the spirited pair do at least hold the key to their destinies in their own hands: a mystical dagger that can turn back time.
