Dashing dentist Chuck Logan (Dane Cook) is cursed with a spell which means that every woman he sleeps with ends up marrying the next guy down the line. This translates into lashings of meaningless sex with a parade of willing hotties using Chuck to snag Mr Right. However, when he falls for penguin expert Cam (Jessica Alba) he realises that one night with her means she's destined to tie the knot with someone else.
