Having managed to keep Mandalore out of the Clone Wars, Duchess Satine has watched her planet succumb to economic disaster. With trade routes to the planet cut off, Senator Padme Amidala travels to its capital city Sundari to pledge the Senate's assistance. Meanwhile, however, a gang of smugglers from the planet Mooga take advantage of the corruption that is rife on Mandalore, leading to an outbreak of illness that could spell tragedy for the beleaguered planet.
