The Baxter family escape the New York rat race when they inherit a run-down hotel in the Rocky Mountains. However, their plans to create a ski resort go dreadfully wrong. Disney favourite Dean Jones plays the harassed father who ill-advisedly reckons that a snowmobile race with a big cash prize prize could be the answer. Meanwhile, duplicitous banker Martin Ridgeway (Keenan Wynn) has his eye on the hotel... and will stop at nothing to get his hands on it. Knockabout fun.
